Telephone Mentoring

When you are just too far away the telephone is perfect!
Sometimes it just isn’t practical for follow up meetings to be on-site. But a lot can be accomplished on the telephone and there are some advantages to telephone mentoring, not least the opportunity to focus entirely on the agreed agenda without distraction.Telephone mentoring is ideal where a tenant or lessee:

  • Knows a little about hotel rooms but just need someone to check marketing tactics with
  • Does not know much about the industry and need someone to keep in contact with regularly in order to maximise opportunities and avoid costly errors
  • Needs someone to make sure they meet marketing deadlines and avoid the operation taking over

Included in the Healthcheck is 2 hours follow up telephone mentoring and in the Marketing Plan up to 4 hours.
